I want to take a nap, right now! Some people don't take naps- the think that it'll interfere with their sleep later.
That may be so, but I find that taking a nap is really beneficial to me. Sometimes I feel very queasy when I wake up, but overall I think that the benefits outweigh the detriments.
Before I take that nap, I'm going to get a glass of water! I also think that I will go for a walk later this evening.
