I mailed a letter to Puerto Rico on Saturday with just regular U.S. first class postage. I simply dropped it into the mailbox inside the U.S. Post Office here in Los Angeles. My customer in Puerto Rico emailed me back on Monday morning thanking me for sending it to him, saying that he got it.
Wow.
